At Prevalia, we offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Please allow 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your order
after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched when it has
been handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your
chosen address. During peak times and holidays, our processing
times may extend up to 7 business days.

The estimated delivery time of your package refers to the overall
transit time after your order has been dispatched. Delivery times

ORDER CHANGES AND ACCURATE SHIPPING DETAILS
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that shipping
details are accurate and complete at the time of checkout.
Incomplete or inaccurate shipping details may result in delayed
processing or order cancellation. For system-detected address
issues, our customer support team will contact you within 3
business days of your order being placed to verify your shipping
details. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe,
we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us
at support@tryprevalia.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
We will do our best to accommodate any changes, but we cannot
guarantee that changes will be possible after this time.

DELAYED DELIVERY
We understand that receiving your order in a timely manner matters,
and we work to dispatch every order as quickly as possible. However,
delivery times are not guaranteed.
In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances outside
of our control — including courier transit issues, severe weather,
customs processing, address verification delays, or other
unforeseen disruptions. Where this happens, we will work with the
courier to resolve the delay as quickly as possible and keep you
updated on the status of your order.
Prevalia is not liable for delivery delays caused by external
factors beyond our control. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery
date.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We understand it is frustrating to experience a lost or stolen
package during shipping. Once a package is handed over to our
courier partners, it is no longer in our direct control. If your
package is lost or stolen, please contact us at
support@tryprevalia.com and we will do our best to assist you.
If your package is confirmed lost or stolen, we recommend
reaching out to the courier company directly to file a claim. Most
couriers have a formal claims process for lost or stolen packages
and may require additional information from you to complete it.
We will also contact the courier on your behalf to follow up on
the claim and provide updates.
Please note that Prevalia is not responsible for lost or stolen
packages during shipping, and these fall outside of our refund
policy. However, we will do everything we can to help resolve the
issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement at
our discretion.
In some cases, the courier may be able to locate and re-deliver
the package. If the package cannot be recovered, we recommend
filing a police report.
